EVO tire carrier done. It "just" took me 3 days... lol.

These are Autosmart brand LED's. Clear lens, red LEDs, black housing and flange.

Put the reverse/backup lights on today. The stock bumper is basically hollow (very reassuring, right?) - I just drilled a 3" hole for the rubber grommets, hooked up the wiring, and that was it.

More build pics in the gallery here.

Open to suggestions on how to make that small 35" spare look like a 40". I'm feeling a little inadequate... lol

First buy 40s then it will look like a 40 lol

Where did you get the lights I'm removing mine voluntarily this time without the help of the canyons and rocks...so I need 4" led rounds

As far as the tire carrier it looks good I'm not big on the pillars blocking your tail lights or not having a departure skid on that thing I've actually held my jeep up by my spare 2 times in the last month and got it hung up on my corner guard tube so a departure bar is always a good thing to slide off...

Also I'd like to see skids on the sides of the joints for the carrier like control arm skids so whenyou leave your mark on a wall its not chewing up the joint even though its metal a good smashing or off a rock and slamming will or could cause some small issues...

I just did my AEV BB for $125. Found it used on NorthCarolina Jeep forum. It was new out of a factory jeep that the new owner took out after 700 miles. Even for the $259 from AEV it is way worth the lift. Same ride and is really easy to install. Now, I added ZONE nitro shocks for 2" Lift and new rear sway bar links in the front. That way i don't have the Shock extenders and sway bar link extenders. Looks much cleaner.

I am very meticulous tho.
