I installed a basic lift today on the Unlimited, went pretty smooth. Its an interim lift, when my tires wear out I'll go for a 4" and some 35's.
I do like the look of it now. Sweeeeeet.

installed the Full Traction LA kit, 4" with Bilstein 5100 series shocks. I had a local Jeep shop do the work. They said they underbid the job, but honored the quote. Took them 2 whole days to install and several hours for the alignment. Overall I like the kit, on the road there's a little noise but hardly noticeable. It even came with SS brake lines. I'll be able to test her out on the trail Halloween weekend.

Finally got my gears in. 
Been waitin a while to get them put in, but well worth the wait. 
I went with the Superior 488's. 
More power and how 'bout that, I got my overdrive back.

Installed the mopar soft top boot...crap, that think is tight as a tick and tough to get on.
