The bombshell diffs were a nightmare to tape, but turned out really well
The wheels are ATX Slabs, with color matched rings
Still have a ways to go till she is all done, but I've had a lot of fun with it so far... I'll be at EJS with it in March

The idea of the throttle body spacer is to work the same way a carb spacer works or in a similar way a tunnel ram intake works. Basically allowing fuel and air more time to mix so you get a better mixture creating more power. On an old carb system this does work because on a carb fuel and air are BOTH injected through it. On all newer vehicles with fuel injection, the injectors are below the throttle body. The throttle body ONLY intakes air on newer vehicles, So basically the throttle body spacer allows more air to mix with...............well air. They are a scam

I'm not trying to take sides here but I just wanted to tell my experience:

A while ago I added a performance exhaust and a CAI so I was expecting a little increase in MPG. Well after replacing them I got what I was looking for - my gas mileage jumped to 17.3 MPG. But after driving a while it is back down to 15.6 where it was in the first place. I'm not really sure what caused this but my guess is that when I wanted something to be so, subconsciously, my driving style changed to make it happen. Now that I am back to driving normal, so is my gas mileage! BUT it may also be that I am getting better mileage, but I like the sound of the exhaust so much that I get into the gas more!! Who knows!

MORAL OF THE STORY: Your gas mileage has more to do with your driving style than any accessory you can add!!

Just installed my Rugged Ridge door recess guards from Quadratec. Very easy, and it looks pretty awesome!
