What was done to your JK this week?
Just a little story that happened to me yesterday (that's the only thing I did this week):
Last month I went to a store in Laval (City next to mine / Montreal), "Concorde Performance", to take a look at windshield lights. I saw some PIAA 520 ATP (85 watts) that I liked. So I asked a couple of questions to the owner of the store, about those lights and there quality... I was interested but at 300$ Canadian (before 15% taxes), I was not to sure, so I told the owner that I would think about it.
Yesterday I passed by at that store to look at some stuff and the owner saw that I got some windshield lights (Vision X 100 watts) and he asked me where I got them. I just told him that I got them a week ago, and then he told me off because I didn't buy them from his store. He was mad that I looked at his 300$ lights and didn't buy them and went somewhere else to buy a 130$ pair of lights that was fitting my budget. After a couple of minutes of telling me off he "kicked" me out of his store... Is that what we call "costumer service"?
That was the highlight of my week
PS: Thanks to Michel and Marc at National 4WD (Canada), for there great service and help when needed.

MOPAR® Mirror Relocation Bracket
I installed some Mopar mirror relocation brackets today. First of all, the lite instructions suck. Not only do they omit any pictures that require any variation (like the tightening of the inner bolts using a allen wrentch) They said to remove bolt and wiggle the mirror with force to get them off. This did nothing but loosen all the screws inside the mirror and frustrate me. I tried the SFH route but later read (thanks to forums) that I should be using the BFH and one of the bolts from the inside of the door to push the mirror out. This was a great tip.
I do think that the wiggling and previous prying made the mirrors a little loose. Irritating.
Also once they were on, I couldnt believe how hidden the passenger side mirror is. I really wasnt expecting this. You really have to lean over to the passenger side to really see anything in this mirror. I may be looking for another option.

I got the same one as you but return them after I crack my bottom lip when I tried to take the mirror out of them. Long story and not very funny.
Next month I will order these: Die-Tech offroad mirror bracket (70$). They are well built and the mirrors will be at the same place as when they are attach to the full or half doors.

They will let me keep my hinges free and they look like they will let me actually see behind me. I just hope I can fold them back for tight trails.
