Sure, just buy a Mopar stock bumper and pop it on. Once you cut down the stock bumper, there's no growing it back : p

The rest of my bumper has faded and the caps are still black. I've had them since shortly after they came out a little over 2 years ago.

Do you think I could paint these covers black and have the covers look factory?

What kind of paint would I use?

If it were me, I would just rough them up a bit with fine grit sand paper and spray them a gloss black. 2 or 3 coats depending on how well they cover. Then finish it off with a clear coat. (considering you might have rock and bugs potentially scratching the black)

Thanks. Any particular type of paint? "I Know NOTHING!" about paint!

I was thinking about buying 2 sets to try out. One finished like you suggested and one set to try painted with AEV Bumper Touch Up.

They are only $10/pair, guess I don't have to think about it lot or worrying about trying the paint out.

Thanks

Jeff
