Got a lot of stuff done today, the rest of my parts came in from powder coating, the hood is painted, 3/4 fenders are on, rock sliders installed...getting close to finishing!

The Old Hood & the rest of my Parts just came in from Powder Coating...

The Hood is Painted...

The Rock Sliders & Drivers Fenders are on, also fixing the "Kiss of Death Dings on the Cowl"...

Passenger Side is Just about done...

Close up of the JCR Logo on the Sliders, the Wrangler Stickers are coming off because on the Drivers Side it is crooked from the factory...

The Jeep is now all masked off & ready for paint in the spot that got repaied...

Anr the Tail gate & right rear corner getting resprayed...

Well, I have had my Jeep a week...still have a ways to go till I get the look of my old TJ...but it's a start

Had my grill wrapped, well was going to have it wrapped..but instead the guy that doesnt here locally told me to just take the one he had and keep my silver one. I thought that would be great! I now have a extra one!

Then I added some floor mats from Quadratec..read a lot of reviews and these seemed to hold their own. Bought the set of 4.

Then I installed the Mopar fuel door...I love the look of this.

Tinted my windows.

Added so much needed stickers...

And finally ordered my 5 wheels...17x9 with 4.5backspacing.

...so it's been a good week for the new Jeep. Still have a lot more to do, but it's a great start!

Default Air Lift

I have been hauling about 400 lbs of gear and other items on an extended roadtrip I'm on. I have the stock Rubicon springs and an AEV 2" lift, but noticed it was starting to sag a bit more than I liked. It didn't look good and handling was noticeably worse. I was in Denver and had the Air Lift 1000 air bags installed. This is a photo of it now...sit's level, the ride is good and it's adjustable depending upon load. Cost was about $300 installed...money well spent in my book.

^looks awesome in red
Here is another one today

I have had a rattle coming from the passenger side dash or a pillar for a while, just went outside, touched one of the bolts that attach the window frame to the support bracket and it was finger loose on both sides

Put on the RR light bar ARB driving lights, KC long throw light in center. The RR windshield mount with KC driving pattern on them. I used Hyperwire black box to run it all. The Hyperwire box is real sweet and really clean for accessories.
