Just traded my 07 JK 2dr for my new '12 JKU Hardtop 2 weeks ago. First mods are:
-removed all decals, leaving only trail rated an the front Jeep emblems(soon to be plasti-dipped).
-painted muffler
-flipped rear view mirror.
Ordering my lift, rear bumper/tire carrier and 20"wheels and 35's. Should have her looking good in a few weeks.

no problem. well this decision did not come lightly. i had debated well actually i had not even considered the hemi swap i was condiering a 4bt swap but that'd be too expensive then i considered doing that jeep liberty diesel because theres a shop in san antonio TX that does that .. for about...23k....... and well so i kept debating over 4bt or well suprecharger and i debated this for months since last october. but the hemi swap too expensive, and honestly it feels like a V8 granted the supercharger isnt broken in yet i have to reach 500 miles but its just WORDS CANT EXPALIN HOW MUCH SIMPLIER IT IS TO GET UP AND MOVE TO WHERE U HAVE TO GO INSTEAD OF HAVING TO FLOOR IT. EVERY JEEP JK W/ A 6SP KNOWS THIS FEELING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have not gotten it dyned but i will once its broken in!!
Smoked my fog lights.
I never use them, and don't like the way they really pop, especially compared to my new LEDs. Now they blend in with the bumper better, and who knows...maybe they'll still shine at night? I'll test them out tonight.
