Warn bumper and Warn winch install
Did a solo install of a Warn Elite bumper (which accepts the OEM fog lamps!), Warn 9500 cti winch and Smittybilt rock sliders. Took all weekend but was worth it. Went for a spin down the coast and got two complements in the span of 5 minutes, so knew it was a good addition.
My factory battery died about a week ago after nearly 4 years on an 18-month battery. Not bad if you ask me. I didn't get a new one though. I swiped the NeverStart out of my 1989 Grand Wagoneer and put it in the JK for now. I'll have an Optima or DieHard Platinum in it before too long.
Got my bumper finished and bolted on.
Gonna give it a rest over the coming weekend. I think the wife is getting sick of me turning the car port into a Jeep fab shop every weekend. I can use the time to REALLY design a rear bumper and carrier system so that when the time comes, I can get it built in less than 6 weekends.

Jeepr78, great minds think alike! I installed the same, only mine ends before the rear axle, the tip that is. Looking at later on down the road installing an additional gas tank where the old muffler once was, but time will tell.
Also installed an antennaX shorty off-road antenna, looks and works great and won't get in the way of my CB antenna setup either like the stock antenna was!

Installed Trail Mods removable flares. They look good and I love that I can take them off but the plastic connectors were 10% broken right out of the box, which was ok because they sent extra-but broke about 25% through normal install! Now I'm missing about 2-3 per flare, just moved the good ones to locations that seemed to need them more. Received Black Rock wheels but Treadwright 35s are back ordered. Got aev procal but...see previous. Engo 9000 winch got here today- JCR Crusader stubby bumper-ordered first-still being dug out of iron mine. 2.5 inch lift has been on since October-looks like roller skate, even with Rubi 32" stock wheels. Big thanks to Chris at JeepAddOns for great prices and fast delivery. JCR, I know that when that bumper is finally forged it will be awesome! Treadwright- I look like a roller skate hurry up! But thank you for awesome price.
