Had a DYI cargo carrier, but ever since I got the Body Armor Swing Tire Carrier and mounted my spare (17x33s) ..there was just no room to haul things. Attachment 279911 There was 'very little space' between the tire and the back of the cage...like 8 inches. ( Fits on my Hitch.)
So, a few adjustments were needed to accomodate an enclosed heavy-duty plastic box for my future road trip to OC & my first Jeep Week, this August.

My last 2 pictures are out-of-order, but ..you get the idea.
Now, ready to Rock-n-Roll there. Well, hopefully, won't roll literally! No Cage Yet!

[QUOTE=ole' man rubi;2860079]Hey neighbor!! What made you decide to go to OC in Aug?
Hey there, bro. Threefold visit, actually: Really looking forward in meeting other JKers there - and wherever I crossed their paths, so will definitely have fun @ Jeep Week; taking some extra days to visit Assateague Island (viewing & photos of the wild horses swimming, I hope); and will need to visit inlaws in the area.
Enjoy your trip out west, for sure! What a ride it'll be.
