Got a recall notice from Chrysler. Something about reprogramming PCM for downstream oxygen sensor and EGR monitors.

Today i have decided that i'm going to make a Steering wheel wrap out of black and red vinyl. This will take place this later this week.

It's going to be black on the top and bottom, and between the 2 spokes on each side it's gonna be red.

Or should i do Black and grey?

They have little clear rubber bumpers at Home Depot that should work. They stick on and are a flat topped diamond shape.

used elec tape for now. helped a lot. but still having issues.
One advice I got on this forum was to use rubber washers. Install them compressed between the support and the D-ring. The diameter is the same as the pin's. Seemed to be working for several folks.

Haven't seen her since I went out of town on Thursday. It was at dealership the whole day before that so when I came home today I went for a drive my wife said "you just spent 4 hours in the car where in the hell are you going!!" I said you wouldn't understand and we went on a sunset cruise just a man and his jeep. It really is a beautiful thing!!!

Yup. Ballcock washers in the plumbing department at any hardware store. They're the right diameter hole, and tapered to fit in the D-ring.
