Complete audio system makeover. Replaced all the speakers with JL audio, replaced the radio with a kenwood excelon, and put a 10 inch subwoofer and amp in the back

I went the same route on my setup and I'm very pleased with the sound. A rockin stereo makes driving a pleasure!

sort of fixed the clunking....idk what else it can be. only happens when i hit a big crack. its like when the axle drops quickly. it makes a clunking sound.

took off smittybilt rock rails. and they are for sale. local only though.
you may have done this but have you checked your shock bushings mine was clunking couldn't figure it out and went under the jeep and sure enough my shocks were blown and bushings were shot

my other thought was that it was my leveling kit spacers like bouncing. but idk why it would start now. i DID just put 37s on. maybe that affected something? nothing seems bent though.

going to check shocks now.
yea if you can wiggle them your bushings are gone thats what mine did and the 37's could have made it to where you are just now noticing it idk

When I installed my lift, I missed the washer that goes on top of the front shock bushing. Of course it blew the bushing and clunked on every bump. Made a new bushing and put the damn washer on and all was well.

i also did just add 1.25" rough country body lift. i went and retorqued it today. and it seemed to help a little? but i also took off my smittybilt rails. so idk if that was causing it to be worse. or what the deal was.

oh and fun fact....my 4 door only has 10 body mounts..... they never put on the other 2. the holes are there. but no mount.
thats odd my body lift came with 2 extra pucks and i have a 2dr lol go figure and you said your cut the 2 rear washers on the bolts? i cut the crap out of mine so it wouldn't rub. so far i dont have any noises from it

trimmed bolts. no more squealing.

but still clunking.
it seems to only go when the axle drops quickly though. like in a crack that is parallel with both tires. or the indent at the end of my driveway. if i come in fast on an angle. CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK. sounds like metal hitting.

i checked the exhaust. (since i had some rattling there) but i dont THINK it was that. i crammed some metal blockers in there to make sure. and it still makes the clunk.
when you went to check your shocks did you check the brackets up top where they bolt to the frame those have been known to break, haha theres not much left back there to check thats odd
