Just out of curiosity, why not keep the seam sealer there? Does it make a difference say if you're going to Line-X? Thinking of doing this next spring, any advice helpful. I will also do a search on this.

Lol nope bc you will be driving in a different manner. You will be heavier on the throttle to hear the intake .

I removed my subs/tv box. Was taking up WAY too much room. I miss the sound, so I will build a flat space saving box, or put the subs in the side boxes Jeep sells.
