Very nice setup. Very balanced without overdoing it. I like it a lot, and love the color..

No mods today other than the " honey after I order this winch I'm done" (for now)
But figured I would share my son's new addition to his room which I feel is how some of us (all of us) feel about anything we can put on our jeeps. Lol

I tried to put Rugged Ridge fender liners on... they didn't fit and even if they did the marker light would limit wheel travel. So finished mod'ing up my stock cut inner liners. I also rustproofed/bedlined the wheel wells and underbody all the way down the pinch seems.

Tried to put on my LoD Rock Sliders but they didn't fit either.... geesh not terribly successful week-end.

Atleast the paint/rustproofing turned out great.

The LoD Rock Sliders had the gaps wrong. About a 1/4 inch gap on the center mount between frame and slider mount (when mounted with lower bolt thru the transfer case skid hole as it should be). So I need to get a piece of plate for that gap. Re-drilling the lower hole can't work because the front and rear and nearly flush - altho they're a little off but not much. I think I'll have the shop that's going to install my Long Arm lift put them on since they may need some tweeking with the lift anyways. I was hoping to bolt them on but since they may need to be cut and re-shaped they may have to be welded.

I used Rustoleum Bed Liner for the painting/rustproofing. The interior of the fenders are painted/lined as if I wasn't using any liners at all. Hand brushed exterior facing and sprayed inside - everything should be protected and sealed quite nicely.

That looks great. I noticed my rear diff seems to be leaking, I was gonna take it to my mechanic to have him check the fluid level and reseal it, but maybe that's something I could do at home myself and maybe paint up like yours.

Can you or anyone with some experience offer some advice on the process?

Don't laugh, but I'm not even sure what the fluid is? I figured I'd ask at Autozone. Does it take a gasket? Pretty much any advice. Here's what I'm looking at:

My LoD sliders needed a couple washers but not a big deal. If i was having longarm work done anyhow, I would have them burned in myself.

Yea was 50/50 on bothering with it before the LA, so not too concerned.

Posted up some pics - I'm surprised more people don't paint/seal down that pinch seam I think it looks pretty good. Plus every vehicle I've ever owned that's the first thing to rust.
