3-1/2" Tee Hinge from Home Depot. Cost around $5.00
Attachment 196543
You need to drive out the hinge pin and cut down to create two tabs. You will have to drill the existing holes to 5/16" so the windshield bolts will fit. Shoot with a little bedliner and you are done.

Took it wheeling for the first time in its short life and came up with two very simple "mods".
Added several strips of velcro inside the center console. Then using some Maxpedition magazine loops (for pistol magazines) added organization for my leatherman, flashlight, knife and phillips screw driver (for removing shackles). Now its not just a jumbled pile of stuff in there. A few bucks and some time and I can now find what I need quickly.
To keep me hydrated while driving, I hung my hydration pack (camel back, monsoon, whatever) off the head rest over the seat back. Now cold water is easily available and wont spill even in a rollover!
Not high flash, big buck ooooh and ahhhhh mods but definitely made my outing more enjoyable.
