What was done to your JK this week?
Transport Unit
Spent a long hard weekend work my trailer back into shape after sitting outside the garage for the last 7 years.
Preparing for the 3000 mile journey from Upstate, NY to Bay Area, CA. Would have loved to drive the Jeep across but with a wife and two dogs ( and all that comes with that ) will be pulling the Jeep.
Busted the rust off everthing and bedlined all the metal, new bearings, lights, breaks, tires and rims. Added a wind screen and 8 - 5000 pound attachment pointsAttachment 192206Attachment 192207 Not to bad once it was cleaned up. Not sure i would do it again, would have been allot less work to just trade it for a new one. Attachment 192208Attachment 192209
Well lots to do, leave in 7 days, have 2 weeks to get across, hope to get some good wheeling in along the way.

JK Super Freak
I felt the same when I installed the Smitty Bilt SRC Side Armor / Step. Solved it with a can of Duplicolor Bedliner.. Masked a line just below the door, at the crease in the body panels and sprayed away. Also tagged the ends of the pinch seams and a few other rogue spots in the wheel wells where the body color peeked through.
