Thanks to a member of the forum ( batherton87 ) he explained to me how to do the hinges details by details, So here's a couple of pics. Sanded the bubbly hinges down by hand, which at one point my daughter was bored so she also helped me out with the sanding, but hey we had fun. I washed them, then bed lined them. Also the day after staring the hinges, my fan motor went, went to local jeep dealer & got a new one. Old one burned out. Very easy to install. Took me bout a 1/2 hr to take old one off & put new one on.

Installed my Rugged Ridge XHD bumper and started installing the M8000 winch. Also put back on my light bar and moved my lights back up onto the hood.

While I don't have the bumper he's got, I do have the Smitybilt winch and love it. I've used it three times to pull people out of jams. It's worked perfectly each time.
