I actually have that part # right here in my pocket (just went mirror shopping).
The tappered mirror, as pictured above is:
91909-03B (passanger side)
91910-03B (drivers side)
I got a similar mirror, more square rather than tapered:
91909-90A (passanger side)
91910-90A (drivers side)

Finally finished regear to 5.13. Now I can go down the highway with the cruise on and not worry about the tranny hunting for the right gear in a little headwind.

THAT IS AWESOME!! I'm thinking you have big hands, the head looks huge to me. I can't believe how much I love that.. Was it hard to do?
