The tire carrier was a b*tch to install, and it took me all day. (By myself)
The lift I installed with the help of my brother and Dad. We did the front one day (also installed my brothers PSC stinger the same day) and then installed the rear suspension in an afternoon a day later. We could have gotten it all done in a day but I had to put the X-flex arms together (joints and all) and it was very time consuming.

Tailgate gear mount plate
I'm trying to set up for carrying enough gear for a few weeks in the Jeep. I made a plate that attaches to the spare tire carrier and hinge bolts. Making a box for recovery equipment, license plate mount, shovel and axe and I think that will be enough.
