You didn't need to take the bumper off. It's a knuckle-scraper, but it will go on.

Default Congo Cage Update

Here goes. installed the wind deflector lower part and though the wind noise was reduced the humming continued especially at highway speeds. Went back into the garage and installed the additional part that makes the fairing higher and the difference is huge, very little humming only noticeable above 65. wind noise is there but much less than before and I think even less than the soft top without the rack. The part is kinda high and will take some getting used to as well as may be tricky transporting my 12' SUP board but I will make it work when the weather allows. I will report back. At this time I am very satisfied with the rack.

I installed an airaid cold air intake and a sprint booster. The sprint booster makes it feel like it has a different power plant and the intake sounds great.

[QUOTE=davegus;2074871]New AEV Hood Installed

QUOTE]

I have been contemplating the AEV Heat Reduction hood -- do they come color matched or do you have to have them painted?

Had my extended stainless steel brake lines in.... Glad they aren't stretching anymore!
