What does your subwoofer enclosure look like (show n tell)

Very nice job! Looks great!
This is just based on the pictures, but I assume you cut into the door and fiberglassed a box into the hole you cut. The baffle board looks almost flush with the door itself.

I found a JL Audio sub that fit the stock enclosure and just used the JL Audio grill cover for it. I wanted it all to look as stock as possible for theft reasons. I have some MB Quartz components in all four spots and infinity kappa tweets and even mounted the alpine 5 channel pdx-5 amp in the same spot the stock infinity one was. It really sounds great. And most are surprised and blown away by the sound that comes out.
