Very nice job! Looks great!

This is just based on the pictures, but I assume you cut into the door and fiberglassed a box into the hole you cut. The baffle board looks almost flush with the door itself.

That looks like the 13.5 inch shallow jl sub? What amp are you using to run it? Need more pics of how you mounted it as well please.

I found a JL Audio sub that fit the stock enclosure and just used the JL Audio grill cover for it. I wanted it all to look as stock as possible for theft reasons. I have some MB Quartz components in all four spots and infinity kappa tweets and even mounted the alpine 5 channel pdx-5 amp in the same spot the stock infinity one was. It really sounds great. And most are surprised and blown away by the sound that comes out.

i think jl discontinued that model. Might be tough finding one. The model number is in his sig.
