I'll take a pass.
i dont really like decals though, not my thing.
one of the first things i did with my jeep was delete all the decals. my [JK] decal and armed forces area decals are silver on my silver jeep for a subdued look.

It does look glossy. I liked the military application for a matte black hood decal to reduce the glare off the hood. That one if it is indeed glossy might add to it. Heres my matte black one.

maybe its just the pic, but mine is exactly like urs matte black hood decal but it just got some narrow red strips though it
