As Bamoman showed, plastic steps make for a horrible slider. I got a nice dent about 10 inches long from where the step pressed into the rocker. This happened when I transitioned off of one rock to another. This is why Jeep says remove the steps before wheeling The good news is, the other line I could have taken was much worse!

i just have a good bit of pinstriping down both side...

i like to make trails where they dont exist... ie: going through a bush or densely vegitated area... privately owned property of course

I did slide off a rock and pop a nice dent in my oil pan!
