The first one as everyone says took forever. After that it was quicker. I was picky about the liners going in so most of my time was spent trimming and test fitting. The directions don't give you much to go on and the inner clips they use that are supposed to "line up" are useless. All in I am very happy with them. Glad it's a one time install though. I have ACE sliders.
