Sorry, didn't know you were on 30's; still, I've got a big Hemi, so if you break, I can just Bubba Rope you out, and then you'll have no excuse than to get an axle upgrade!

Yup, 30s...surprised they've lasted this long with all the abuse. I will be goin your route and find a 60 to build up...artec trussed as well. Is your front axle spooled? Looks like your videos show it locked even on the simple stuff. And no, I plan on taking no bubba rope man...goin there prepared.

Man, looks like you're goin' to town in your garage...haha!
Looks great, what coilover mount is that? Dig your new narrow fenders too.
Keep the pics coming.

Would a been easier on the lift, but I wanted to take it one day at a time and not be pressured to finish.
They are gen right mounts.
Welding the bottom mounts is a pain in the a$$ BC I don't have much room. I learned real quick to wear ear protection while laying on the ground welding(even with the mask covering them)
I didn't think about it until I mounted them, but I hope I can make it out the garage when I finish!

The dangerous welding is done, I had a welding blanket draped behind it while welding.
It gets welded on the outside of the frame, and on top. The upper mount won't budge, no idea about the lower(similar to yours but the stuff yours bolted to I cut off, and it gets welded directly to the axle.) Just seems like such a small bracket to hold the whole weight of the jeep.

What's the lift height your going for? You could prolly keep it low and do 3" without bumpstops.

Not sure if I missed it, but ttechris what will you be doing for the rear? I am a big fan of your Jeep, btw. Also, any more consideration of going to long arm now that you are going to coilovers?
