I know theres no such thing as "waterproofing" a vehicle, but i would like to make it as water tight as possible. Not too worried about the interior. Its all bed lined. More worried about the engine, axels, etc. i just hydrolocked my engine. Deff dont want to do that again! Thanx

Don't drive through water! Other than a snorkel for the intake and an extension kit like this Smilin' Bob's Breather Hose Extension Kit for JKs, i'm not certain that there is much else that you can do.

Definately look at making your own before you go dropping $65 on that.

I made my own from stuff at O'Rielys for under $10. Both axles and transfer case.

Basically, you get 3 Male/Male hose adapter for whatever size hose is down there. And you get an extra 4' of same size hose. You use an adapter, then stick some extra hose on it to make it longer.

That'a exactly how it is.
