Default Warn Dual Force HP winch mounted on factory bumper......
Winch mounting plate is a universal winch mounting plate from Harbor Freight. This is my friends' Rubicon. Thought it was kinda cool!

Looks good, cut the bumper and loose the Hella lights. Just my opinion.

That looks nice. But, I have to wonder how confident is your friend that if he gets to pulling at about 9000 lbs that he won't be bending sheet metal on that flimsy bumper?

Looks good, keep an eye on temps with the winch blocking so much of the grill, just in case.
