So far I don't have any over heating issues with mine and I have a 7.0.
I thought mine was a fatty because mine weighs in at 6620 lbs.
I hope there isn't any problem with the 5.7 VVT because my fiance' just bought one and we haven't got it yet. Should pick it up this week tough.

you'll forgive me but 90° is nothing and driving in traffic for 2 hours has never been a problem for most of the people with over heating issues. heck, most can rock crawl for hours in these kind of temps on the rubicon without any problems. from what i have seen, most of the problems occur when climbing long streches of highway on steep hills and very high mountain passes like what we have out here in california.

Thanks for the input Lefthand. We are also getting ready to install a VVT 5.7 and were thinking of needing a custom radiator. It looks like that is a for sure. We might have one made by Griffin.
