Default Tyger Side Steps - Anyone heard of them?

Seem comparable to a smittybilt or eautogrilles step, but even cheaper at 199.99

Amazon.com: TYGER 4-Star Side Step Armor Textured Black Nerf Bars Running Boards Fit 07-15 Jeep Wrangler JK 2 Door: Automotive

Anyone have experience with these?

I've been looking for an inexpensive side armor. I'd be fine with Rubicon take offs, but can't find any locally. This might be an alternative.

Yeah I agree. Would have to drill them out into circles or something.

Packed full of mud you'd never know it was a star lol! But I do think they look like they are worth the two hundred bones.

Look like cheap knockoffs of an already low quality product.

I just installed these today and while I don't have an issue with the stars as I like something a little different.

I do not think they fit well at all. I could only use 1 of the 3 undercarriage bolts on my 2015 and the side brackets did not sit flush with the six side holes.

They do seem to be sturdy on my jeep but still the fitment was not great....I had to force them on.

Would I by them again, maybe not !

Mine bolted on perfect. Easy install. More sturdy than the stock steps. Perfect for my family and kids. Look like they will provide some protection as well. They are pretty sturdy and heavy. Not for hard core wheeling.
