We went to Folsom Lake today and explored the very low lake and got a little muddy

WOW!! I grew up in Sac and used to go there almost every weekend. I learned to ski/wakeboard on that lake and now there is nothing left!! I haven't been back since I join the Army 14 years ago. Hard to believe it is that low.

It is crazy how low it is, and still no rain in sight. I was thinking about checking it out more this weekend as well. Where did you access from? I was thinking about going up the salmon falls side, I guess there is a town that was originally flooded with the lake and now it is so low you can see it. Anyone else heard of this?

I'll be heading up pretty blind trying to find it.
