Here's mine. It took me a while to do it but I'm glad I did. I think it looks so much better than stock. I also had mine bed-lined.

XRC Mod bumper made a great mounting spot for the turn signals after the trim.

I left a lip on mine, it adds a little more rigidity than just flat flares.

Cut mine with a jigsaw and trimmed front fender liners to use. I run the fenders sometimes and take them off and run none sometimes. I can take them off in about 15 minutes
