Here's my cut. To keep the front rigid I retained and cut below the finger-like reinforcing mounts on the front edge. Also kept the inner half of the inner pants to keep slush out. Kept the outers purposely wide, cutting off only the vertical fender edge but tires still stick-out almost 2-inches. Chooped them whilst still on Jeep, and no regrets. Edge beading and a heat gun for corners finish the job nicely.

I'll add a couple more later. Right now the only photos I have are in the gallery. If there are specific details you need I'm happy to answer.

Tape up your lines with blue or white painters tape and leave it for a couple of days relooking and retaping until happy with all, then break out the fun tools. I used a cut-off wheel on a grinder which slices easily (dremel wasn't powerful enough IMO) and a hand hacksaw for the corner parts near the body.

I'd suggest cutting and removing in small sections (esp the box section around the sidelight) and cut the excess away first and then cut on the exact desired line later.

If you're keeping the inners, chop them very gradually and AFTER the outers. I chopped too much inner on first fender.

A cheap heat gun will melt the door edging glue (superglue it if doesn't stick) and melt the corners for a finished look. I bought 25-foot and used almost all.

Not much else to tell. Check out WOL's write-up also.
