My doors have been delivered and I'll put em on when I get home tomorrow. Just wondering what everybody uses for mirrors? I guess my Harley mirrors won't work with the doors since they fit in the door hinge.

When I had the softies I used the mirror/vent mod, which basically sucked for anything other than avoiding a ticket. You could fab a bracket that holds the Harley mirror.. I have link for that mod I think...
I now have the Rugged Ridge half doors with soft uppers... looks about the same as the softies. I had softies but needed something more substantial...
Anyway, click the pic for more. You'll have to browse through them though..

Having had both the Bestop and RR.. I can tell you the uppers on the RR's are better (and interchangable).
The frames are more rigid and there are elastic loops placed along the zipper edge of the window that lash around small tabs at the base of the window and hold the plastic in one of three positions. Half way down across the center. folder halfway with the top front corner open and the same with the top rear corner open. Keeps the window from flopping up and down or sucking out through the opening.
It's worth trying to duplicate on the Bestop uppers.

I put motorcycle mirrors on mine. Made brackets myself out of a CB antenna mount. Total cost: $17.
Tinting my windows today... stay tuned for more pics tonight.
Also, I came up with a way to make the "fapping" noise go away while on the Interstate. This is under a patent right now so if you steal my idea I will sue you.
