Well, installed the NX a day ago, and I hafta say, this top is awesome. It fits snug like a glove, seems quieter than my stock top, looks great, and has so many cool features. I encountered no issues installing it either. Only thing is the J hooks in the back don't stay tight, but I'll figure out a way to fix this. Other than that, so far I'm very happy. I'll update after it rains, lol.

 

Other than looks how is it different than stock? What other cool features are you talking about? I see that a lot of people have them, just never understood why.

Question for you...(or anyone else reading this). Did you buy the Trektop brandnew? What year is your JK? I have a 2012 JKU and I found a Trektop on craigslist...dude says it is from a 2010. I know, from my previous JK (2007), that they have made some improvements on soft top fitment. Will an older Trektop work on my 2012?

I checked into this for you, and the Trektop models will fit 2012s without a problem (regardless of the fitment our site currently is showing...). Hope this helps you out, if you want any more info on them, let me know and I'll find out for ya!

I mean it doesn't cook you breakfast, but I like the tinted windows, I love the sunrider (which I didn't have stock), I like that there are no bars, the bikini top ability, the sound dampening bar, and it looks awesome.
