I really like the way everything turned out, a very easy custom interior look without breaking the bank, my thanks to Mitch for doing a custom order for me, and Prime8 who started this thread.
Time will tell how well these hold up, but the quality is there and the materials are first rate.

You have to remove the whole vent assembly, and then take the trim rings off. If you do a search on this forum I know that full instructions are posted to remove the vents.
If you look inside the vent you will see a small hole to the right, if you put a small screwdriver in the hole it disengages the locking tab, you then give the whole assembly a quarter turn to the left and it will slide right out.
