Default Transmission Skid Plate Modification

Made modifications to the transmission skid plate in order to elevate some of the potential of the front drive shaft from hitting the plate. We did it a little different than some of the other mods I have seen of this skid.

It may take a little while to load all the images.

Now will this mod let me keep my stock drive shaft if I lift the JK with the RE 3.5" kit?

Hope to get by until I get a Woods in.

From what I understand once you lift it the time clock is ticking on the stock driveshaft. I have replaced the front shaft once already (warrantee ) because the shaft made contact with the plate and popped the clamp on the boot off.
