Mine was not a Rubi or an automatic.

Wonder if the cold weather had something to do with it???

Is this bearing seized up on yours?

Only about 20k but I too have an 08 Unlimited. There is another thread in the Modified section showing two more 08's with the same issue.

I had a high-pitch screaming noise coming from somewhere that whole week. Thought it was a problem with my belt and pulley but maybe it was the bearing.

Is their any lock outs that allow the 5x5 bolt pattern?

The only ones making lockouts are is solid axle, they said the opening on the rim is to small to make a lockout work with the 5x5.

That's why they are 5x5.5
