You hear about these stories, but never think they can be true. It is horrible to hear about the driver that hit you not having insurance, hopefully your insurance company takes care of you. Glad to hear you are ok.
Hopefully the dealer gives you a great deal on your next purchase considering you would have bought two in such a short time - loyalty discount

That is crazy! I'm glad you're ok though. I've had my fair share of dealing with uninsured motorists driving around Washington DC. Luckily our Jeeps are so tough that there's never been much damage done to mine. I hope it all works out for you and that you get a nice new Jeep real soon

Glad you are OK. I think by law you have 3 days to return the vehicle without charge. You should have a wrecker drop it off and tell them you changed your mind and want yours back because it runs better.
On a side note, my dad got a brand new truck about ten years ago. The truck was just a few hours old and he told me to take it up to Sonic to get dinner. While there some kid backed into the side of it. I made the kid come home with me and I let him explain to my dad what happened. It was awesome.

wow!! that suck's man but at least you walked away in one piece and it's good to know that these truck's can take a hit like that hold up.What was the other guy driving?
