Nice pics i lke the seats looks way more comfortable than the stock rear seat

The seats cannot be folded down, but they can be adjusted all the way forward for a good amount of storage space.

Yes they are. A really nice treat for anyone to sit in the back. I'm tall so they are a little high for me, but anyone under 6' would have plenty of headroom, legroom, and full ability to recline, just as you would in the front seats.
