I just left my dealer again.
They've had my jeep for another extended period of time (off and on for the last 4 months), trying to narrow down the problem by replacing parts one by one.
Parts they have said they have replaced to fix 4wd noise are:
Carrier
Bearings
Driveshaft
Transfer Case
Axle shaft
Viscous clutch
They told me the cause of the problem is that I turn too sharp in 4wd.
Last week my traction control warning light and ESP BAS warning light came on.
they say it needs a new clock spring....
and that it will continue to need replacement if I leave my JK out in the weather.

wtf? you cannot turn sharp in 4wd? I wish they put that in the owners manual cause this is my first jeep (out of 5) that is not capable of sharp turns in 4wd. WTF? They are dumb as rocks. Tons of guys have had clocksprings break. They were on backorder at the dealer for a long time. What a bunch of horse shit.
