for a daily driver i'd stick with an all terrain for sure. the toyo all terrain and nitto terra grappler are two of the best. i've run the toyos on a few different vehicles and they were awesome tires. the nittos i'm on my first set, but they seem every bit the equal of the toyo. the nitto is a slightly harder tread compound, so they will probably wear better, and they feel slightly more aggresive to me.

I just put on a set of Kumho KL71 35X12.50X17 M/T's and love them so far! They look awesome in person and are super quiet compared to some other M/T's I've ran in the past and are not too tough on the pocketbook either!

right now i'm up in the air betwen the Cooper STT, BFG A/T or BFG KM2. i like the look of the Toyo's and the Kuhmo's, but i think the weight is going to be a killer. thanks for all the info.

I just installed the KM2's. They are rough at slow speeds. Below 10 mph. Get better faster you go but are a little loud at speed. It doesn't bother me as I don't use mine as a DD so it's good. I would say also to go with a A/T tire if you will do more on road that off
