I need to do this too!

So just to clarify, remove the desired light, lightly sand with 1000 grit, clean with alcohol. Apply 1-3 shades of niteshade on the outside of the turn signal or tail light, about 10 minutes between shades.

Then apply 1 coat of clear after that?

I've had my front ones done for a year, never any problems - passed PA inspection twice.

I saw the link to buy the nightshade and clear coat as a package on Amazon for about $20.....where are some other places to make this purchase and how much should it cost.

What's the exact spec on these products?

Default Woo Hoo

I did this this morning. It worked great! The link for the pdf file was very handy. Although, it suggests only taking off one of the plastic rivets on each side. I did the 2 closest to the lights after struggling with it for about 10 minutes. Made it much, much, easier. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I will post picks when I get my my deltas on there.

BTW- I did my muffler and exh. tip with some flat back header paint I got from the auto parts store while I was at it. It also had a great outcome.

I did mine as well. I hit it with 3 light coats of niteshades and 3 light coats of clear. It sparkles and is a deep glossy black with a hint of red.

My passenger light is a little lighter than the drivers side. I was wondering if you can just hit it with one more coat of niteshades even though clear has been applied? It kinda bugs me how one brake light shines more than the other.
