I just installed a 2" BB lift on my 07 JKU. I then put Goodyear Duratrac 285/75/R16's on MB Chaos 5 rims. I'm happy with it. I went 2" because if I went any higher, I'd want to put 35's on and I didn't want to regear. Even with 4.10's I notice a difference going up hills.

its a billet piece that only fits one way, it lengthens the steering shaft for the 2" lift only. easy to install, check the Performance Accessories website for more info

Surely you've already done flat flares and probably cut into the fenderwells a bit to get 42's tucking? Anything stopping you from doing a full on comp cut since your geometry is already set where you want it? I ask because I've not seen much use of a BL in the jk world and when they're used it's usually the 1.25".

As dirtmans said before get some 35s and restart your build if you want to run 40s or 42s..ill second it all day even though you wont listen. Body lift isnt the answer imo.
