Im sure some will post pics, but most will tell you to use the search button in the top right below the Project-JK symbol.

I got my lift through TeraFlex Plus. I would try them and Northridge 4x4 for the best pricing. The links are in my signature.

Depends on the configuration you want. Teraflex makes the 3" lift with several options. Shocks, control arms, etc.

1451300 - full system with shocks (all 4 flexarms) MSRP $2175
1156300 - full system no shocks (all 4 flexarms) MSRP $1927
1256200 - half system with shocks (front lower and rear upper flexarms) MSRP $1584
1251200 - basic system with shocks (no control arms) MSRP $974
1151200 - basic system no shocks (no control arms) MSRP $726

Check out the Teraflex website and downloand their catalog - the prices above are MSRP from the catalog. I've found the best prices for these kits through David at Northridge 4x4 and Bryan (Bustabiz) at 4WD. Both are sponsors on the forum and are always happy to help out. Prices and service from both of these guys are excellent.

Good luck.

Default Control Arms

Total noob question here. I have been considering the TF 3" Lift with shocks. What would the new control arms do for me?

The adjustable control arms do two things for your suspension geometry. First it allows you to have proper driveline angles by allowing the caster adjustment. Second, they allow you to recenter your axles from front to rear in the wheel well. The first issue of driveline angles is the more important issue if you need to fit the project into a budget and trim costs. I only did the front lower control arms becuase I have a 4 door. If I had a 2 door, I would have had to mess with the rear as well. Many people who can afford it, replace them all, I will someday.

Trackbars allow you to recenter your axles from right to left after the lift.

Default Another Question...

I really like the TF 3". With a 2 door, I have been reading that I may as well figure in the cost of a new driveshaft as well. Is this correct. Those run around $500?? So to do it right we are at about $2500.00 Why not just go to a long arm suspension... is there much price difference at this point?
