Initial impressions......you have no idea how much quieter my gate is now. I thought a lot of my noise was my hi-lift jack on the rear, but I was wrong. I didn't know my hinges were as bad ad they were before I took them off yesterday. The gate shuts easier and doesn't fly open. Will anyone plug the spare mounting holes until they find something to use with them?

Think there is any way it would hold a 40" tire?
I had thought about buying the Poison Spyder BFH rear bumper and using the TF carrier to hold my spare but wonder if it could hold the weight of a 17" beadlock and 40" tire...I doubt there would be any clearance issues with the BFH bumper it's just can the hinge and carrier hold the weight

Just installed mine and it's great! Very solid setup. As for the accessories, I saw one of teraflex's jeeps and it had the hi-lift mounted vertically with a rotopax on the same side. Looked really nice!

Thank you. The rear bumper is from Eautogrilles on ebay. They make a few different styles that are super stout and priced fair, mine was $335 shipped. There's a thread on here that you can get all the info about eautogrilles bumpers called "I did the Unthinkable". The carrier is great, my Nitto's are heavy for a 295/70/17, and my tailgate bashed up and down like crazy. With plans to run 35's in the future, this carrier did exactly what I'd hoped it would and got rid of any and all gate flutter I had. Price is kinda high, but no regrets so far! Very solid.
