Make sure you have plenty of time. Usually when I see guys screw up it's because they start the project on saturday or sunday and need to drive their vehicle to work on Monday. Then they get rushed and make mistakes, break stuff, etc.
I did it by myself with hand tools over 3 days. I could have probably done it in 2 days but we had some bad weather. I probably averaged 5 - 7 hours per day (hey I'm slow OK!). It went slow, but very smoothly with no major issues.
If you don't have a spring compressor, I highly suggest you get one. I have a local harbor freight and picked one up for $12 (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...temnumber=3980).
