I ordered one of these, almost a year later, are the rattles still non existant?
I plan on using this + the factory carrier to hold a 35" (actually a 315) which is 34.5 I think.
I have a wheel spacer if it doesn't fit.
the PO of my jeep put on the 35s but didn't do anything to reinforce the tailgate mounted spare 35!
every bump in the road is tailgate rattle hell :(

glad to know this will work. Not a cheap product, I think $350 would be much more reasonable, but if it's quality, that usually means it costs some money.
thanks
Why doesn't Terra Flex put the instructions on there web site? While waiting for the shipping of the thing, I usually read the manual / instructions front to back 10-20 times!
I've watched the install videos, and such, and have the idea (not my first go-round with tools!) but still, I like to read the instructions ahead of time.
Why is it such a secret?!
Rock Krawler used to do this too. I think they now put there instructions on there web site. I'm buying the product. The instructions are fairly pointless if I'm not buying the thing they install! Hosting a PDF file isn't going to kill your site.

installed mine and LOVE it. used it w/the factory mount to hold a 35. It just BARELY touches the factory bumper. Which I am fine with...
quite a nice piece of hardware. No rattles!
