Default Teraflex costumer service

Hi everyone,

A couple of month ago i've bought a leveling kit from teraflex, everything was like it was suppose to be but it was missing the little stickers... At that moment I didn't care because my rig was pretty stock and I didn't care about these little things... Couple of month later I've change my mind about the sticker thing and I've contact there service to ask if I was supposed to have some sticker with my kit... The answer was pretty quick: No problem juste tell me your address and I will put some on the mail for you...

Couple of weeks later I had a couple of questions regarding a neck card holder that they had on the website and they didn't have any left in stock, after contacting them, they manage to find some left in a drawer, pretty awesome service....

Two words to describe their service: Very Impressive....

I have had very similar experiences with them and am totally pleased with my suspension set up.

Keep up the good work Teraflex That's the kind of service and products that keep people coming back and spreading the word.

Ya even the support you get here on the forums from them is hands down great customer service! I'm pretty set on only using their company for my toys from now on..
