Got the brackets and seat in this week. Overall I am pleased with it. I think TeraFlex goofed in designing the brackets to be mounted with nutserts. IMHO -- dumb. I scrapped those and bolted it to the floor. It was harder to do (I see why they used the nutserts because some of the places were damned hard to reach), but I am more confident that it wont strip and come loose actually bolted in.
I found a seat in good shape for $100 and it fits perfect and snug like it should.
I used ambulance stretcher straps for seatbelt and mounted to the seat frame.
Overall, I am happy, and the kids are too.

Can you still fold your soft top down with this seat in?
Also, I see the kit from Teraflex says you need to use a seat from a 2dr JK, Ive never seen one of those seats, is it the same as the back seat in the 4dr JK? I have a buddy that I might beable to get a free back seat from him out of a 4dr, but not sure if that seat would work with those brackets?
