If you had the spare tire on, you would always have to swing it open all the way in order to open the tailgate.

I wanted this at one point but since i got the MPAC Rack I don't want a drop down tailgate any more I like storing stuff on the gate

I would really like to have a tail gate. However, those hindges look really under sized to me.
